Well, Im finally home and what a wonderful week it was. The capoeira was fine, the people were wonderful, the weather was hideous - just kidding, althought the humidity WAS a shock to the system. Now Im back in the mild old Spring City I cant wait to get back into class and do some training! A big heart-felt thanks goes out to my hosts and friends in Malaysia, and I really hope they can drop in sometime and show everyone in China some of their style, and then we can return some of their great hospitality.
We are also looking at changing the training venue to the Tao Yoga Centre, as we should get a bit more coverage there, but Ill keep you posted in class.
